BBS Insurance Inc. is an independent insurance brokerage founded in 2016 by Matt Briegel, with offices at 1327 Burlington St, North Kansas City, MO 64116 and 500 Cates St, Lawson, MO 64062. Our producers are licensed in Missouri and Kansas.

Verify these numbers through the Missouri Department of Commerce & Insurance or the Kansas Insurance Department — both publish free lookup tools. Individual producers are licensed in both states and can be looked up by name the same way.
How we're paid
Our services cost you nothing. When you enroll in a plan through BBS, the insurance carrier pays us a commission. You pay the same premium you would pay buying the identical plan directly from the carrier or on healthcare.gov — commissions are built into plan pricing whether or not a broker is involved. Because we are independent and carriers compensate comparably, our recommendation follows fit, not commission.
Medicare disclosure
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 6 organizations which offer 38 to 54 products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
Counts reflect the 2026 plan year and vary by county across our Kansas City–area service counties; they are reviewed each Annual Enrollment Period.
