Your information, handled like it's ours

The short version: we collect only what helping you requires, we use it to quote and service your coverage, we share it with carriers only to do that job, and we never sell it. Ever.
What we collect
Information you give us when requesting a quote or becoming a client: name, contact details, ZIP code, household size, birthdates, income estimates for subsidy calculations, and — when a plan requires it — health information. Our website also collects standard technical data (pages visited, device type) through privacy-respecting analytics.
How we use it
To compare plans for you, check subsidy eligibility, complete enrollments you approve, service your policies (renewals, claims questions, changes), and reply when you contact us. We may send occasional service messages — enrollment deadlines, renewal reviews — and you can opt out of anything that isn't required servicing.
Who we share it with
Insurance carriers and the federal marketplace, solely to quote and enroll the coverage you ask about; our strategic partner USA Benefits Group where servicing requires it; and service providers under confidentiality obligations (secure form processing, e-signature). We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, and we don't share it for third-party marketing.
Website chat assistant
Our site offers an automated chat assistant. If you use it, the messages you type and the conversation needed to answer you are transmitted to Anthropic PBC, the artificial-intelligence service provider that powers the assistant, to generate responses. Please do not share medical, financial, or other sensitive personal details in chat. If you ask the assistant to send your contact information to our office, the conversation transcript is emailed to us so we can follow up. Chat use is otherwise covered by this policy.
How we protect it
Encrypted transmission on our forms, access limited to licensed staff who need it to serve you, and retention only as long as insurance regulations require.
Your choices
Ask us any time what we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete information we aren't legally required to keep. Opt out of non-essential communication with one reply.
